Florida Mail Forwarding Service

We're getting ready to push the "Full Time" button in October and am looking at Florida mail forwarding companies. We'll be in FL for about six months and then traveling back up the East Coast visiting kids/grandkids/friends in VA, MD, and PA. We intend to switch our residency and driver's licenses to FL along with the registration of our car and RV.

So far I've found 2 that look interesting - MyRVmail.com and St. Brendan's Isle. Cost wise with our Passport America membership MyRVmail.com is the best value.

Appreciate your thoughts and recommendations. Thanks.

We use Home - American Home Base, Inc. located in Pensacola, FL. The only problem with them was fixed right away, that was the fact there were 2 people with the same name right next to each other so we got some of theirs and they got some of ours one time. Fixed and no more problems for almost a year now.

We have used My RV Mail out of Crestview for close to four years and are completely satisfied with their service. They have gotten our mail to us all over the US including the Island of Hawaii. Don't forget that your address will also determine your vehicle insurance and Florida is higher than some other states such as South Dakota which offer mail forwarding service.

Thanks for all inputs. Think we're going with My RV Mail in Crestview. We plan on switching our residence to FL eventually so this will be our first effort in that area.

We have used Home Base since 1997. Great company. Only problem is that Florida knows the address is a mail forwarding company and you can't use it to register to vote.

I liked what I read at St. Brendan's Isle better. I will be setting up our service in August for an October 20th depart to Fl. We also will be setting up our domicile there.

Was American Home Base the Good Sam service previously? I know the Good Sam service seemed more expensive when I investigated.

Good Sam is also in Crestview
Same address as My RV Mail
If you are a GS member it saves you $22 for a year.
Passport America members save $21.60 for a year.
