In 11 years of full timing we have seen prices ranging from $160 per month plus electricity to $850 per month with and without extra charges for electricity.
For the last several years our average cost per month has been less than $300.

We're fulltiming a little earlier than planned due to the sale of our home. We decided to stay at a resort close buy that gave us a yearly rate of 2100, plus a flat rate electric of $36 a month. Their normal June July Aug rate is 500 plus metered electric, Sept, Oct, Nov is 450 and metered, Dec, Jan, Feb is 350. We plan on staying thru Nov so it was a deal for us to pay the year up front.

What the others said. We've seen monthly prices from a few hundred/month to over $1200/mo. Just depends where you stay, what time of year etc. Each park is individual in whether utilities are included are not.

Lake Pleasant, in Bothell just off of I-405. Park doesn't have a web site, use the link for the Explore Bothell page.

Almost every state has their own disability pass. Almost all states that have them only allow residents of the respective state to get the disability pass. There are a few states that allow ALL disabled veterans to get the pass from that state no matter where they live. Florida happens to be one that does that, it costs $1 and that is to help offset the printing and mailing of the pass. If I remember right I believe Texas is the other one that allows ALL veterans the ability to get the state pass. I do have the links to all the sites for park passes on my blog thou if you want to double check anything.
