I cannot believe that any class A or C manufacturers would even consider anything that would not qualify for a full time warranty, but I understand that some TT's have that clause

Teton do, check their web site. Their fifth wheels have a little sign beside the door that says "Teton Homes, Americas number one full time RV"
We have our second one on order right now for pickup mid May.

We were parked at the Elks Lodge in Westminister, CO 2 yrs ago next to a new MH, Bounder, I believe it was when the owner came out of the rig shaking his head after reading his owners manual which stated that his new MH was not warranted for full time usage. That was his main reason for buying it. He claimed the salesman never deterred him from buying it for the aforementioned purpose.

What does this full time warrenty cover, or is it just a selling point? I didn't know we had to purchase a full time coach to be a full timer. When I bought my MH, didn't even think about this problem. How bad a situation is it? ---"007"

007, most people don't look at warranties before purchasing their rig. They probably even told the salesperson that they were buying it to "full-time" in. Many warranties say something like "Made for Recreational use only, not designed to live in ..." Go look at yours.

Happy Trails
