Our house sold this morning pending COE on 2/22/08. We will then be full-timers - living in a park here in the Phoenix Area until we are able to end our employment on 5/30/08. We have been looking forward to this forever!!!

Congrats on the sale of your house. I bet you are looking forward to getting on the road. The time will fly by faster than you think.

I'm green with envy....& SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy for you! We're about a year behind you. I think my co-workers are sick of hearing about it. At least the few who don't think we're certifiable. Most of them scream at the site of anything that crawls or flies.... Last year was our 25th wedding anniversary & we splurged with a 4 day seminar @ Yellowstone with the Yellowsone Association: Spring Wolves & Bears. I can't tell you how many times I heard "you're SUPPOSED to go on a cruise or to Hawaaii for your 25th"......N O T ! ! !

Congratulations on the sale of your home and your decision to go full timing. We are getting ready to do the same thing with the closing date on our sale 3/27/08. Hope to see you on the road somewhere.

My wife retired May 2007. I in August 2007. We spent some time doing some home repairs that we had been neglecting. House is on the market and the RV is in a CG in PA. We gave the furniture to our 2 daughters and a few pieces left is in a used furniture store. Los of stuff went in a yard sale. Except for going back to cut the grass periodically we started fulltiming May 17, 2008.

Hey Bobby - attended the Southeast Signal School in Ft. Gordon back in 1970.
