Fulltiming and free ebooks

I just got a hand-me-down Kindle that I am playing with. While many public libraries do have ebooks available for loan, it appears that the libraries in Pennington County of South Dakota do not recognize a mail-forwarding address sufficient for residency. They only give cards to folks who own or lease property in the county. Otherwise you must pay $90/year.

Are there any libraries that are fulltimer friendly to be able to sign up and have free access to ebooks?

You might try Amazon Kindle Store.. Search on FREE

Also if you like science fiction Baen Ebooks
(At the latter a book by M Lackey titled Fiddler Fair as I recall has a really good short story in it (It is a collection of shorts) "Fine Print" again as I recall..Read it twice, that is not usual for me.

There are some E-Reader services that send you links to free Kindle books every day too.. Ask if you want one.
Or: Ereader News Today

You may also Google: Project Gutenburg

DW has library cards in Sumter County, FL where we spend our winters and in Holmes County, OH where we spend much of our summers. She used the campground address for both. Florida is a good bet because they are used to having snowbirds whose permanent address is somewhere else.

I LOVE BookBub.... Been using it for a few years now and it's great.... You select the categories you like and they send you books to select from daily... Most are free but there are others that will be $.99, $1.99 and $2.99.... You select which you want and it's automatically sent to your Kindle....
