Girard awning problems

We have a 03 Monaco Signature........ the Girard Awning has been working just great until today. Just tried to bring her in and.........nothing. Button/remote control doesn't work.......no sound.......nothing. Any suggestions?

Take the switch out of the wall and check to see if one of the connectors on the back came off from bouncing down the road.

Thanks so much for your reply. Before I read your message (very appreciated!!) we manually got the awning back in. A few hours later my husband pushed the out button and the darn thing worked!!! BUT, if it happens again, we will try your suggestion. Thank you so much again!!
