Hello All.

Hi All,

We started full-timing on March 1st of this year. The first week didn't go so well...$2300.00 for new equalizers and tires...then $500.00 for hoses and an air filter when the water pump broke...sigh. At least with the water pump...it was under warranty and having Good Sam Roadside Assistance...we didn't have to pay to get towed.

Since then...it's been pretty good. Two weeks in Apache Junction, AZ and then 2 weeks in Green Valley, AZ. Now we're in Quarzsite AZ, heading for Palm Springs, CA.

Any advice on full-timing, ideas for what to see in California...or anything else that comes to mind would be welcome.

Hi Barbara, glad things are going better now. We went to the Joshua Tree Nat'l park which is near Palm Springs. We went to Temecula for wine tasting. Temecula is surpposed to be the 'new' Nappa Valley. Other than that we spent most of our time in Barstow, CA with family and we went out in the dessert alot. Sorry can't help any more than that. Enjoy your travels. If you ever get to the East Coast, I can be of more assistance.
