I've been reading about how people deal with living in a relatively small space.
My "Bride" and I don't get on each others nerves much. For us it's more a codependant matter that we need to have our own things to be healthy.
My personal issue is that I'm both retiring and going full time at the same time. I've heard all these stories about men going stir crazy or worse at retirement so I have been trying to develop hobbies over the years I can keep happy with.
The oldest hobby I have which is not conducive to Ft'g is Coin Collecting. Beyond keeping up with the current mint and proof sets, that one will have to wait.
What will work well is my recent (5yr) passion of Bird Watching as well as Fishing, Hiking, Reading, Cards, Bocce Ball, Working Out, and Sports on TV. (gotta get the HD thing figured out before NFL season

).
And the latest thing I've added is a Ukulele! Bought it about 2 weeks ago and now can (almost) get through Somewhere Over the Rainbow. Lov'in it!
Deborah has lots of crafty type interests such as Quilting, Needle Point, and Beading which she loves to do while the sports are on.
What do you all enjoy for hobbies?
