I have a number of national and local banks. Each one has the functionality to do online bank transfers for free. Same with stock/investment accounts and also have a paypal account
Kinda thought all banks did this???

Most online "banks" allow you to set up a regular relationship with another account at another bank. For example I have accounts at Fidelity, Synchrony Bank and another bank. Fidelity and Synchrony each have it set up that I can transfer to or from the other bank with a mere phone call or online. It happens the same day or next day.
