Gas, about 180/ year so far
Electric, sewer, water: included in parking.
Cell phone with internet.. Yup, you got it, same price as wire line.
People say "Boy I'm glad I don't have to pay to gas that thing up"
You know what... The money comes from my wallet to the station attendant, but I do not pay for it either.. The government does,, (The difference in taxes exceeds fuel costs).

Boy aint that the truth!

Yep we are hooked too,
We decided over the winter to go Fulltimeing.
Selling everything but the MH including the S&B. 50 years in the S&B, Parents house.(passed) Split between my brother and I. I am finding it hard to find someone to buy Art works I have collected along with a huge collection of Dept 56.
We plan on a lot of weekend Garage sales.
For those in the same situation, Do you really just throw out what you just can't get rid of?
Thanks, Tim

Maybe... donate possibly? Or very carefully and patiently find the proper channels to sell said items.

As already said...donate what you can't get rid of through other means. You can get some tax deductions for donations too.
In the end, we took about 9 months from 1900 sq' of house with stuff to ~400 sq' of MH. 5 garage sales, 2-3 family/friends "blue light specials" and a few SUV full trips to good will. We also rented a small storage shed as we filtered through what we wanted to take, what more we could give up and whether we would need one for a long time. Short story was that we do NOT have any storage needs except for a few items we have stored with family but they don't take up much space.
We peeled it away like the layers of an onion. Sandee had the hardest time downsizing but we did it slowly and as we lived in our MH starting May 2013 until we retired Nov 2013 as we adjusted. By the end of October we terminated the storage shed and had our stuff secured in the MH. We actually found we had some room left for future expansion. LOL
