My husband and I and our two babies are full timers. While we don't travel yet, we do live the RV lifestyle full time!

Just curious who are the youngest full timers here? We are both 26 and generally don't ever meet anyone around our age with small babies. I saw the thread asking who was the oldest and it sparked my interest!

We full time but we're late 50's. We do come across a lot of younger "full timers"... although maybe not as young as you two but the people we meet seem to be full timing in support of their jobs as opposed to being "retired".

Jen- Welcome to iRV2!!

We met a couple in Loreto, Baja, Mexico area that full timed w/their 6 kids in an 1890's wooden "double-ender" sailboat. Sailed around the world for years, "boat-schooled" the kids (him phd, her b.a. or maybe a masters) who all went on to college iirc. He got work when he could to keep the family afloat, literally in their case. They finally retired to the Loreto area, where she runs AsistEd and still works her fanny off with kids.
I'm sure you've discovered by now however, you won't find a great deal of company in your age group. But maybe hanging w/us old farts doesn't make too bad a 'hood for the kids to experience.

My body is old but my mind is young, does that count. When I look in the mirror every morning, I know that old man is just a picture that has aged not me. So I think I'm about 26 too. Welcome to our world!

I started half timing at 40 between house on the weekends to spend time with my son. And in the rig during the week for work about 200 miles from house. Will start full timing in about 3 years when son starts college. I will be 53 then. I did full time with 2nd wife and her teenage son from Jan 07 to Oct 08.

My wife and I will both turn 30 this year. We have two kids 6 and 4. We will start full-timing this summer (in the next few weeks!). I have been full-timing for work for about 3 years now. The DW is now ready to move in with me since I have graduated from a 1974 16' Shasta TT to a 2009 38' Jayco fifth wheel. We'll be going pretty much all over the place.

So, you're a bit younger than us, but not by much! We also might be getting out to Texas this year (I've been there 2 out of 3 years on this job).
