We use Escapees mail service ( www.escapees.com) ...they won a court case a few years ago, the result being that you can use the address they provide as a permament residence address for driver's license, voting, etc if you wish. They have three levels of mail service. 1 forwards all mail; 2 filters mail by class; 3 provides a detailed sort (ie. send some 3rd class, toss other third class). There is a one time enrollment fee of $50, annual fee of $85 + postage, and postage deposit of $55. They require a credit card to automatically charge additional postage as required. You can tell them which day of the week to forward your mail via telephone or email, or tell them to hold you mail until you contact them. Our mail right now is sent out on Tuesday. It is sent in a priority mail 8 1/2x11 envelope, and sometimes arrives on Thursday, but most of the time on Friday. You can also receive parcels via mail or UPS/FedEx, etc. We have used the service for about 18 months now, and it has worked great.
One thing about Escapees ...I know they are not going to move. I am the secretary for an RV club, and had the annual directory for several members returned to me because the forwarding service they were using moved...

FMCA has the best for the money, free. All you pay is the postage cost. They have all the things most of the forwarding companies has. Go to www.fmca.com and get all the details.

We used FMCA it's free but you have to call on certain days depending on the first letter of your last name... to have your mail forwarded. With the Good SAM Club you can call anytime anyday and they will send it out anyway you want it, overnight, snall mail, etc.
Much easier for us but nothing in life is cookie cutter or one size fits all, except for spandex!

We have used Escapees for our personal mail service over 7 years now. We use Bee's Mail Serice in Boulder City, Nevada for our business mail, because when we started our business Escapees did not provide a mail service for commercial enterprises.

We use Mail Call USA out of Cleveland TN. So far they work for us. I have only 2 problems with them. #1 if we have no mail (been working hard at that) I never know if the pkg is lost, late or simply no mail. #2 was I was missing my Gypsy Journals (about 3 or so). Don't know if someone else was getting them or what. I was getting other mail that was sent at the same rate (magazines, product literature, etc). Luckily for me, the owner/publishers of the magazine are great folks and sent me the ones I missed.. so we got our GJ fix! I call an 800 number to tell them when my address changes (wish I could do it via e-mail).
Part of the reason we went with Mail Call was that it kept us with a TN address (we lived about 1 hour West of Chattanooga & Cleveland is about 30 min East of Chatt). It is an areas we stay near since we travel & work that area (GA, NC, TN). Handy since we now tag/title out of Bradley County (Cleveland).
