Officially retired and fulltiming in 4 days!

Tuesday was my last day in my business, today is my wife's last day at her job. Packing the coach and giving away some things this weekend. Saying our goodbyes and hugging grandkids. Our excitement grows day by day, soon we will see other loved ones and friends. New horizons and vistas beckon.

Best wishes to you! My husband and I are new to camping and I've already been planting the full time seed in his head. I love the idea of that kind of freedom. Safe travels!

Congrats! We've been doing the 6-8 months things for a couple of years and decided to place the house on the market next Spring (after we return from our trip south for the winter). DW has already started shedding the 'extras' that we've accumulated -- kids are all elated with the 'free' stuff! We're hoping to have an empty house before we leave.

First Phoenix (I know, it's hot but it's hot in Vegas too) DW has to see her sister, then up to the Great National Orphan Rally in NM, then to Nebraska to see our youngest son for 5 weeks, then on to WV to see our oldest son for 6 weeks.

Congratulations!!! We sold our Nor Calif home last September and have been full time since then. We worked our way down the southern boarder all winter, then up the east coast to DC, then Gettysburg... then it was, "hey, the rock and roll hall of fame is in Cleavland"... then The Rally in Louisville... and today we pulled into Champagne, Ill to visit with my brother before heading to Minnesota to spend time with DWs family.

Just take the time to enjoy!!!
