Once your fully a SD resident, licensed and such.. Can you please advise the following

Value of RV or Size or RV (whichever they use to bill you for registration) and Cost of Titling and registering in SD also the same for your towed. Or if you like a link to the fees chart and let me find it.

Taxes, including "Are retirement benefits taxed"

Cost of insurance, compared to last residence (Higher/lower only, do not post $$$)

Cost of "My south dakota address" service.

Thanks in advance.

There is no income tax in SD.

Vehicle registration fees:

There is a link at the bottom of the page for MH fees.

Nick,

One thing I neglected to mention in my PM. I did all of this in Pahrump which is in Nye county. I don't know where you winter in NV but Nye county is the only one that offers the Veterans exemption.

Nick,

I responded to your Private Message with the information. Check it and you'll have more detailed information.

It's J & B Mailroom in Pahrump http://www.jbmailroom.com/index.htm. You can get the voter registration form at the DMV when you register vehicles.

Thank you for the reply, appreciate the info. We spend our fall/winter time in Las Vegas, usually about 4 months with a break for the Holidays.
