we have an older gas powered one. a tank last forever
circa 2005 ez-go
at one place we visit the carts must have lights and you register it with the check in so they know who it belongs to if it gets lost

that being said
we have seen lifted ones with big tires and flat screens for each of the four passengers

We have noticed in our travels that a fair amount of resorts and parks prohibit gas powered golf carts. When we questioned this one time, the management said it was insurance rate driven for their business. We have an electric one and no complaints.

This will be one of my future purchases. We often stay at WDW Fort Wilderness, and this is the only way to enjoy this emmense park. Especially during the holidays when everyones site is decorated. A bicycle works, but we tend to always have visitors when staying there.
