I saw a post made by the CEO of NuWa Industries, Mike Mitchell, and thought his comments might be of interest to our iRV2 members. Click here for his post.

To paraphrase, he's saying the large finance companies will not finance RV's for "full timers" who don't have a permanent home address and live in their RV's.

When I was on the phone today with a salesman from Buddy Gregg Motorhomes about a possible trade for a Country Coach, when I answered that Livingston, TX was our address his first comment was "You are fulltimers". I said 'yes'. I asked about financing and he said it is almost non existant unless you want to pay 7 per cent or more and have at least 25 per cent of the MSRP down in cash. Evidently the banks that are getting all the handouts aren't really interested in financing $600K motorhomes anymore. My personal opinion is they should have let all these financial institutions go bankrupt. But that's another subject. Just my two cents. We'll be happy in our DSDP.
