Retired fulltimer...sure has a nice ring to it! We began our new road life on July 1st and could not be happier. Just remember...it's the journey that is important, not the destination. Take the time to smell the roses along the way.

As I am making initial plans to put my rig away in October for the winter...wishing I was retired......

May your miles be easy, your adventure better than you imagined and your spirit renewed.

The Cascades have been hit with a lot of snow this week. Chains required on all the WA and northern OR passes. Mount Baker already has 132" accumulation at the top of the ski lifts! The ski industry is doing lots of business.

It's probable that the weather will remain wintry in the mountains for several weeks now.
