I remember wearing a short timers chain before I got out of the Navy.

Congrats! Be FT for 6 months and enjoying every moment. Plenty to do and plenty of time not to do! Relax and enjoy the adventure.

Hey all, I am now working on the TV thing. The TV is a 39 inch LED and I have verizon smart phone with hotspot and use google so now have chromecast on the laptop with netflix, hulu, pandora---is working but I am tweaking on it, just about ready to dump DISH.
I am not, at this time getting rid of the house so no need to clean it out, instead of that I am gathering all the stuff I want to take to the RV. I did clean all the unused stuff out of the RV, you would not believe how much was in there (it is only 23 feet).
Some time after the first of Jan is my intended launch.

Faster horses, more money, older whiskey, did I say more money, and all that,
Warren

Man that sounds like a dream come true. 44 years is a long time for anything. Congratulations. I am still fighting the madness for a few more years while the wife enjoys her retirement. Actually, I am enjoying her retirement as well.
