Virtual Address with iPostal1 - Any Feedback

We are looking for a way to have a virtual address while fulltiming and iPostal1 has a local address near our current home. Has anyone used iPostal1? Any feedback on how their service works. Issues? Hidden costs?

Never heard about them. Do you need something near your former home? We used Escapees RV Club's mail forwarding very successfully for over 16 years. Our financial institutions had no problem with our given address. It was a street address. Some places do have problems. There are other things to consider when getting a new address.... will that address be compatible with your medical insurance for traveling? Is that where you want to register your vehicles/getting driver's license?

We currently use one out of Fishers, Indiana. Would NOT recommend them. They seem to have trouble reading your directions for shipment of mail. We asked for one set of mail to be forwarded VIA FedEx and they waited 10 days to ship it. They also will not for some reason give you a tracking number. Last set of mail took almost a month to receive because they shipped it to our old address even though we called and verified the correct new address before they shipped it. They blamed us for not keeping the same “ship to” address claiming no one ever changes their “ship to “ addresses. With no tracking number from them it took FedEx to straighten it out and we had to pay for their mistake. We are changing to South Dakota address in March and will not use Ipostal1.

I haven't heard of them as well. However, after taking a look at their site and plans I'd also like to know more about their service and anyone that has used them and has experience with them.

I use iPostal1 good or bad service depends on the address you use. I use the Rockford IL address it’s been good I had a problem with them shipping and I called the main iPostal1 office they were quick to fix the problem.
I first signed up for iPostal1 thru KOA mail service it was 79.00 every 3 months then I found out going through iPostal1 directly it was 99.00 a year. iPostal1 was great about switching me from KOA to iPostal1 keeping my address and mail box number.
