So the sales tax on new RV is 3%? Also, is there a personal property tax on RVs in SD?
We're looking at NV, and it looks like they have an exemption for vets for personal property tax, so I'm interested about SD.
Thanks,
Tom

SD has a 6% sales tax, but the excise tax on vehicles is 3%.
SD has no income tax, personal property tax, nor any other tax that would apply to fulltimers.
MY HOME ADDRESS is the service I use.

Just be aware, though, that Tennessee has recently disenfranchised voters using a mail forwarding address. This mess may eventually be straighened out, but perhaps not by this coming November.
