Which one should I buy?

I cann't make up my mind. Should I buy a one ton dually truck and a Arctic fox slide-in camper or a 21 foot class B motorhome? Now I will be living in it all year round in Michigan. When the time comes which will be easier to sell?

agree. born and raised in michigan. cold enough in winter in a house let alone a motorhome. need dual pane windows and heated floors or you're going to go through heating source like there's no tomorrow.

Bob, I guess it could be a toss-up. They both have +'s. I really like a Dually with a slide in, which I think would have a little more insulation and easier to keep warm since it would be more confined.
When I first started camping in 1970, a couple of friends had slide in's in F-250 Fords, great set up compared to out little Serro Scotty. My how thingd have evolved. Merry Christmas to all and a wonderful New Year. Don't forget to Travel Safe and Happy Motoring.

Arctic fox slide-in camper is made to withstand temperatures below 0 more like 20 below zero. I've was born in Michigan and lived there for 30 years and it never got down to 20 below zero in temperature. This camper built like a tank and it's weight is 2800 pounds.

After your last post I'd go with the pickup slide in.

I wondering about that MPG od that Class B
Gas and it gets 12-13MPG........ sounds quite optimistic to me.

Where you going to live and how often you going to move. I'm in Southwest MI and a trailer would be fing and get the heat pump if you can. We use the heat pump now during the days and the fireplace keeps the furnace off at night to the mid 20's

It would be parked in Ann Arbor on a friends property for 5 months. I will start the truck every week. I will tow a toad behind the truck or motorhome.
