Which state?

We will be going full time (5er) next May and won't be leaving with a permanent address-anywhere. We are currently Minnesota residents but the state taxes are ridiculous. Any suggestions from others who have "been there" would be appreciated. (thinking South Dakota but unsure)

FL & TX r good. Depending on health care you may or may not need, FL is best right now but changes every year.

Defected from Taxifornia back in '02 for South Dakota. Been working for me. You need to look at your healthcare options for sure.

Then you're Medicare eligible so, theoretically, any state works for Medicare. However, I do suggest you select "traditional" Parts A & B Medicare instead of Part C.

For those under 65 and have to purchase their own health insurance, then TX and SD are out.

SD for us. Lower sales tax and no special drivers license requirements to drive an RV.

SD for us also. Since June of 17. Simple and fast establishment. Healthcare not an issue for us.
