It may or may not be helpful depending on factors such as geographical location, etc. Then you can decide on the type of insulation. Note that the radiant barrier can be installed during the construction of the building frame, before the siding and roof panels are applied, or applied later. More research for you.
Also, note that there is open-cell foam and closed-cell foam. I don't remember which does what, but I do know there are differences.
Radiant heating in the floor may make sense for colder climates. If you are pouring a concrete slab, you probably need to have this included during the slab construction.
The insulated doors make a big difference. Non-insulated doors are almost like leaving the door open. Well, not quite. But, don't skimp here. That large door size will let a lot of heat and cool both in and out.
Also, the lighting on the side walls instead of over the coach make sense. The coach will block the overhead lighting, of course. However, you might consider a separate lighting circuit for over the coach when you do your roof inspections and periodic maintenance.
One more thought... Be sure that the floor is strong enough to hold the weight of a fully loaded rig. A good building contractor will know how to do this. I suggest you talk to several then compare.
If this has not been mentioned before, search through iRV2 for ideas on coach garages, etc. There is a lot of great info here.

All excellent information! Thank you!

Use 10' x 14' insulated doors. Don't put the lights above the roof of your RV, but locate the along the top of the side walls. This way you will have good light all around the RV when inside.

I will make sure my husband reads all of this! Thank you so much for your input!

I promise I will check those requirements before we buy any more land! Thank you!

Thank you! I truly appreciate your response! I really did join this forum for support and advice. I am truly shocked that there are people on here that are just so hurtful! Thank you for being a light in the dark!

I had to go back and read Computerguy's response to try to figure out what was "rude and hurtful" about it. IMO, his response, while blunt, was not rude or hurtful in any way. It was instead the truth. Sorry if the truth sometimes hurts, sorry if some prefer to bend the rules or look for ways around them, but as CG said, they are there for a reason. The correct way to deal with them is to abide by them, try to change them, or move to a location where the rules are more to your liking. JMHO. How was the original post any different from someone who complains about not being able to park/fulltime on any street or in any neighborhood they want (yes, people have in fact asked that very thing here)?

I would highly suggest this for many reasons; Bathroom, insulated better, etc.
