Just wondering why there are so few full-timers on this board and why it is so inactive. I'm going to assume that everyone is posting somewhere else?

I've been a member of iRV2 for 9 years. I just started fulltiming last spring. I guess I'm used to being in the other areas of the forum. I haven't got used to using the Fulltime topic yet.

Hi Barbara, David & ALL:

Ya know, I've wondered the same thing for some time. I have come to the conclusion that most folks use the "General Discussion" and/or the "Just Conversation" sections in the top area of this forum's index because more folks read those sections than this "Full-Timers" area near the bottom of that index.

I'd love to generate a vital full timers dialog here but have discovered few folks often check this heading. Steve & Lynette

I just read the daily digest and offer information if I think it will help. As a full timer I do not seem to look at that section.
Don't know why.

No disrespect intended to this Fulltimers Forum, but if I wanted to ask a question that specifically had something to do with fulltiming, I'd most likely post it over on the Escapees Discussion forums.

If one lives in a brick house for 6 months and an rv for the other 6 is this considered fulltiming? or does one need to live in an rv all year for this status?

Fulltiming usually involves living in your rv year round. And I dont know of many fulltimers who still own a stick and brick but they are out there.

I'm retired for about 10 years and the DW is still working another year.
So - I'm a FULLTIMER, but DW is not. We are doing this FULLTIMING life for the last 5 years in our head... it's getting closer? Can't wait to sell the house and go....

I regularly check in on the Excel Owners Forum. Just came across this one tonight. I expect that there are many FTers on other forums @irv2.com. Will watch this forum from time to time. Hoping it pans out for us. (Stick house is long gone.)

I suspect, judging from myself, that FT'ers are looking/participating more in the specific tech info on the other areas of irv2. I never even knew this title existed here! Though to me, this title seems it would be more about the FT lifestyle than anything else??????
