Try workersonwheels.com it's free and has job openings all over the states.

We are working for the Clark County Parks and Recreation in Las Vegas, NV for the winter of 2018-2019,15 hrs. a week each with a weeks vacation every 3 months. We work for 6 months and head out in April, worked here 4 winters.

We have done this for about six years. There are many opportunities both with and without pay. Workamper.com is a excellent resource. The National Forest Service usually also has several positions that your site is your only compensation. We enjoyed working for the Cradle Of Forestry, a non-profit out of Pisgah Forest, NC. I did not like American Land and Leisure and did not think they treated employees or the campground very well. Just my opinion. You will meet and become good friends with many people if you pursue this.
