Whitney Reservoir is some great camping as well. Been there a time or two myself this year.

Hey, Big Oil Guy,

When were you in the Evanston area? I was there from 1980-1990, also a year in Vernal 1968. Never had the pleasure of having to live in Rock Springs...

I was in Vernal 1972-75. Evanston was 1982-89, so we were there at the same time. People still don't believe me when I tell them about the winter of 82-83 when it got down below 0 deg F. and stayed there for 63 days! I worked for Amoco as a Drilling Eng.

Small world......

Yeah, remember winter badly----most of the buried (at 10-12') water lines froze. Ours did not, and we had to run water hoses to our next door neighbors to their hose hydrants. Let the water run for the entire time so they could have water in their houses.
Sent an answer to you by email...good to hear from you.
