Beautiful Colorado

One of my favorite boondocking locations. I'd tell you where, but then I'd have to fight you for it.

Well poop, guess I can upload pictures yet. I'll figure that out and report back. Does irv2 host images, or do I need to find another online host?

It's the road conditions that keep me from most of these places. Tight/narrow roads on exposed hillsides, or really rough washboard/potholes.

My dad gave me the camper a couple years ago. He asked if I would pull a camper down those roads if I had bought it.

Yes, yes I would. I wouldn't take a large Class A down them though.

Yeah, look similar. Likely due to the fact that I was west of the reservior

It is getting harder to boondock without the Park County Cops harassing the campers, at least in Park County Colorado. Memorial Day 2018 on Rock Creek Road they were getting on us for the leash law, firepits even though the Forest Ranger said we were legal. I wouldn't think they have jurisdiction in the Federal forests but maybe they do. The Rangers were nice though.

I know a better place in Co. where you with a lot of various place to park, near a river, dirt roads to hike/bike, 3 miles to town with breweries, supermarket etc., RV parks to dump, fill fresh water, do laundry, high altitude for cool weather in the summer.

Did you know that in Co. you have to go to a liquor store to get regular strength beer!

I'd tell you where it is but I like my privacy.

Ha Ha Ha I donít blame you. I used to live in CO and have a couple of sons who live there. I think the older one knows about every good boondock spot in the high country.
