Guess it depends on how much battery you have, but I have read of folk turning off the dehumidifier, to save battery power.

It will assist others in helping you if you list the type of RV you have. You'll notice that most of us have a description of our equipment at the bottom of our post in the signature box.
To do this go to the User CP at the top of the page and click the tab.
In the drop down you'll find the edit signature tab. Hit it and input as much info as you can.
Then click the save signature tab.

You'll get more answers if people don't have to ask you what you have.

Happy Trails!!!

I purchased a backup battery pack for my ResMed Air10... it will last 2 nights before recharging on 12v for about 3 hours.

My wife also uses a RESMED AIRSENSE 10 I power it with a stand alone Interstate SRM-24 Marine/RV deep cycle 12V flooded battery.
On our last trip she used it for FIVE nights and shut off the power every morning. I purposely did not charge the battery because I want to know how long the battery will go before a charge is required. When we got home i recharged the Interstate battery with my 160 watt Go Power portable solar panel. The charge took two hours and the battery had an 80% capacity remaining before charge. I don’t know why you only got two nights out of your battery but we are not having any problem at all. What are you using for a battery to CPAP cable? We purchased the RESMED 90W DC CONVERTOR Model IP22. It isn’t cheap but it works well and it also has an off/on switch built into the plug in receptacle Click image for larger version

200 ways of portable solar, a 110 amp/hr battery, and shut off the humidity. I use the battery for my small electronics during the day, and the CPAP at night. Works during the shorter days of winter, too.

I installed a 12v cigarette lighter plug by bedside and use a 12v power supply bought with the CPCP. Since I never boondock more than 2-3 days, I can't tell if there's any effect on my 2-6v GC2 batteries.

I have a Phillips DreamStation and use a Phillips 12V adapter running off a 100 AH lithium battery. I have 400 watts of solar and if shaded, use a 45 AH lithium charger and Honda 2200 generator to keep things charged up. The DreamStation uses roughly 7-10 AH overnight with the humidifier off and 25-30 AH with it on.

I tossed the humidifier out years ago and run the machine directly from 12VDC battery power (Phillips). Uses very little power - off the top of my head, about 85 Wh over the course of a night.

DW has a res med machine & we ordered the converter brick. It hooks to 12v & converts it 24v. I wired a cigarette type plug from the closet light fixture. It works off the house batteries-never an issue. We boondocked for two months last winter and quite a bit this spring with it.

I use a dedicated Interstate deep cycle battery, we gat at least six nights worth of battery between charges. The last time the DW used her CPAP after six days it condition was 79%. A couple of hours on solar and it was good as new. So I don’t have to worry about my house battery charge.

I wired in my 12.5 volt isolated DC-DC regulated power supply today. I ran it to a dedicated 12 volt outlet near the bedside counter.
