Boondocking alone JFK Causeway, Corpus Christi

Has anyone done any boondocking alone the JFK Causeway between Flour Bluff and Padre Island in Corpus Christi. I'm looking for a place to access fishing and be on the water for a weekend.

A couple of years ago I saw "no overnight parking" signs someplace in that area. Call the county and ask them. The sheriff or road maint. dept.

I doubt you would be able to find anything and be alone along that stretch.

This is an excellent resource but for Escapees members only ($40 to join) and $15 for the directory.
