Did you try "manage attachments" w-a-a-ay down at the bottom of the "go advanced" page?
Upload from your computer is a lot more reliable using that function...

It has been in the 90's here for over a week or so. right now it is 95º and feels like 105º.
Campground with full hook up including electric is $10.64 a day.
If I had to run my generator 24/7 for the AC's it would cost around $60 a day.

Also I don't have to limit use of my TV's, microwave, toaster oven, hot water heater on electric, refrigerator on electric, PC & Internet Modem on 24/7.

Also holding tanks never have a problem to find a dump station and endless supply of water without moving.

Campgrounds work for me and have less bugs then most Boondocking places.

Price went up this year. In 2010 it was $9.67/day.

That is a monthly rate. And very hard to get a reservation there.
Always 100% filled. I make my next years reservation the day I leave. It is closed 5 months a year.

No Pool or kids playground etc. that I have no need for.
Off the beaten path, small campground that I found 2 years ago using Passport America.

I have found other reasonable monthly prices at other Passport America campgrounds that I didn't even know they were there before.

They are still out there if you look for them and you don't need a lot of amenities.

Sorry I can't give the location out.

Until I no longer want to stay there.

I won't tell you where my favorite fishing hole is either.

We boondock when the weather is moderate. Can't handle it in hotter weather because of the 3 pets and I just don't like running a genny all day. This year it's been way hotter and we've been forced to find more sites with electric for the air. Still we prefer to stick to public campgrounds as much as possible.

As for cheap camping you can definitely camp for less than $10/ day with electric if you're creative. We spent about $7/day for our multi-month New Mexico trip. Bought the Annual State Camping Pass and stayed at State Parks with electric hookup, free water and free showers. That pass is one of the best deals in the country (in my opinion) and the State Parks in NM are wonderful.

Search on here for "Solar that really works"!! From what I've read a lot of solar installers are more concerned with selling you more components than making it work right the first time!!

I am pretty new to RVing. We are on our 4th year. We have only been to regular campgrounds and have never boondocked. The problem that I have is that I haven't seen a nice state park. I live in South Jersey and the state parks around here are not well kept and have a lot of "riff raff". We have a new DP and can't fit in most places. Does anyone know of a nice state park near the NJ area? Thanks

Please, can some of you NFS and BLM boondockers share some ideas on how to find places to park. I have tried navigating their websites and just get more confused. I don't want campgrounds, just a legal place to spend a few days of quiet before moving on.

I will be leaving the Seattle area (daughter's) when the temps cool down below 85 in the rest of the country. I'd prefer to meander south and east slowly and wind up in north Texas about 6 weeks later. I must avoid California due to some nasty anti-monkey laws. Other than that, my route is flexible.
