Some of my boondocking projects.

I just added 160w solar.

LCD Voltage Meter

Low water drain hose bib so that I can wash my trailer off the internal pump and tank.(My trailer did not have a external shower etc.) I also have a 55gal barrel with bib for transferring more water to the trailer but no pic.

Next is my rain tote for my Honda eu2000i. I know some people use theirs in the rain but I didnt like that idea. This keeps it very dry and I have checked and it does not increase the operating temp at all. It has cut outs so that I can hook wires, start it, etc.

I ran a wire from the trailer along my power cord outside and connect it to the honda off switch so that I can turn off the generator from inside. Its nice not having to wonder outside at nite. I also installed a battery shutoff under the sink so that when we leave the property it is easy to turn everything off.

Keeps me busy.

Great job TRX4 ........ you obviously like to tinker. Your handy work will save you lots of money by eliminating campground fees. Of course I bet you will take the savings to the hardware store for more great projects. Vicious Circle of Fun and Rewards!

I hope you have a nice cable lock you can loop around the handle of the generator and around a tree or post. Those Hondas are prime targets of thieves.

Thank you. I have a friend who owns some really nice rural property on a river. We leave the trailer there for months at a time. Staying in an actual RV park is painful although the hookups are a welcome change.

Great idea for the hose bib on the low water point. I was wondering how to hook a hose up to my outside shower hose for washing rig etc. This will be easier than trying to find an adapter for the shower. THANKS!

Found a future project for my Son to work on... Power turn off switch so things won't drain the battery while it is in storage! Thinking I might need to check the battery out since it got so awful cold this winter... probably should have pulled the batteries and took them into the house to keep them warmer....
