Correction...he said his coffee maker didn't work. I assume that he has a gas water heater and a gas stove that hot water can be obtained from. I like the coffee press idea for the sake of not having to fire up the gennie just to make coffee. Besides, after it is made from the coffee maker, you have to keep it hot. Just my 2 cents.
