Hoses at Yellowstone Fishing Bridge camp.
Got my reservation for Fishing Bridge in mid June and was hoping someone can advise me if I need an additional hose extension for the sewer hose. I have 15 feet and that has always been enough but have never ventured out west before and I already hear I will need something to keep the hose up to meet the sewer connection which is a foot of the ground. I'm spending a lot of money just getting the rig ready for the trip and would like to stop buying stuff if I can and just go. Any other advise would be welcome.

Fishing Bridge was just re-built, so you might want to contact the park directly through their website.

When we was there, one length of sewer hose was enough and the in ground receptical was flush with the ground. Things could have changed but we didn't have any problem with services.
No phone, tv or internet there. If you want to watch tv you will need a sat dish and receiver. For phone you will have to drive out to, I think it was steamboat, anyway it was about 5-6 miles to get phone reception.
have a safe trip and enjoy, we sure did.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I guess I'll wing it. Hey TW, I hope you like your 08 Baystar. It's a perfect fit for the DW and I.

One length should be plenty. Someone told me the reason the sewer was stubbed up was to keep snow melt from running into the sewer system. I hooked up my sewer hose when I was there, but kept the gray and blackwater valves closed. When my gray tank was full, I dumped it and then just walked the hose to empty the hose, then closed it again. I dumped black water at the dump station which is right across from the office where you check in.... Figure 6 -7 days from Davie.......Enjoy your trip.
