What a difference a few days can make. There will be a lot of cool dudes in the SW deserts tonight. It will be below freezing just about everywhere.

6 degrees in Paulden, AZ this morning. -1 with windchill. Now (10:00 am) it is 12 above. Ahh the sunny southwest!! I checked the temp in southern Minn just for kicks, it was 16 above there at 8:30 am their time.

It's 20 degrees this morning in Tonopah, AZ about 30 miles east of Phoenix. Thankfully, there is no wind. This is the coldest it's been in this area for the last 17 years. As the sun is rising, the thermometer just started back up and now reads 21 and I'm hoping the worst is over. We're sitting here a few days where we have hook-ups to allow the temps to warm up a bit before heading to Quartzsite to boondock.
