After hanging out in Estes Park for many hours it was time to leave and find camp. My wife and I headed back into the hills to find a spot. It was a great eve and we loved our spot!
Camp!

Sunday we woke up to a beautiful day. While that did change into rain, hail, clouds and much cooler temps we still had a blast. We did Pierson Rd. The description I found said it was a nice scenic cruise, HAHAHA!!! While much of it was easy going there were a few spots that were a bit rough. The hail, rain and instant water crossing did make it more fun however. After the trails we went back into Estes for a lunch break and off to Lily Lake for a short walk. We spent the rest of the day taking our time and making stops on the Peak-to-Peak highway. It was a fantastic weekend!
Back on the road
Up 119 (Pierson)
And the hail aftermath

What would you like to know? The name is Saint Malo's Church. It's open to the public. It's not that far out, maybe a 15 min. drive out of Estes Park,CO
Here is a little more info on it

Looks like great fun!
Just a head's up, we now have a "Camping / Plans and Trip reporting" forum under the "RV Camping Forums" header. That would be a great place for something like this.

Great pics! Looks like you had a lot of fun.
I suspect our 43 footer would not have made the trip.
Glad you had the right "rig" for the situation.
