Overnight staying

Hi,

I´m planning our way from Niagara Falls, NY to Elkhart, IN on the end of May 2011. It's the first time to boondock in the USA and I need your recommended anchorage on this way.

Thanks for your help

Exit 76.9 (Sandusky exit) on the OH Turnpike westbound has RV overnight parking with water & a dump station.

Ooh, just looked, if you don't want to go that far, exit 139.5 (Lorain exit, 2 counties east) on the OH Turnpike westbound has the same.

OH Turnpike service plaza listings In case you want to know fuel/eat stops.

Turnpike rest areas are my favorite. Convient place to stop with food and fuel available and much safer than rest areas on non toll roads.

We have stayed at the Wal-Mart in Elkhart several times. Be warned they have a very loud parking lot cleaner that will come right next to the RV.
