Overnight stop

Has anyone stopped at either the Big Spring,TX or Midland,TX Walmart for an overnight stay. We're headed north from Big Bend Nat Park and would like to make that our first stop over. Thanks in advance for your help.

We chose to stay at the Big Sping, TX Walmart. Shared a large lot with only one other RV.

Wink

we stayed at the AshevilleNC walmart - several others there, slides and jacks deployed - a regular campground of sorts - signs everywhere saying 'no overnight RV or Trucks' - security car came by several times - right before dark security car stopped at our rig, asked "y'all stayin' the nite with us tonite?" - that's when I knew that Walmart loves us 'campers' -

he also stated "y'all need anythang, you let me know!"

never had a problem at any Wmt, anywhere in the country, no matter how many 'signs' they have posted

There always seems to be a couple of "long term", beat up rvs parked at the Midland, TX, southside Wal-Mart ... the one just off of I-20. Some nights there are one or two there that are obviously just stopping for the night.

Be advised that there is a very large, homeless "campground" at that Wal-Mart, between the interstate service road and the convenience store at the West end of the Wal-Mart parking lot ... you can see their tents and bedrolls setup alonside the store ... therefore, there are a LOT of panhandlers in that Wal-Mart parking lot.
