I am curious, with an Onan Emerald III roughly how much gas will it use to power my AC and refridgerator, or shoyld I use propane for the fridge? Just curious before I drive away from the power line...

Use propane for the refrigerator. It doesn't use much. You will use a lot more gasoline to generate electricity for the electric heater element for the refrigerator. Or better yet, leave the refrigerator on auto, it will switch the refrigerator to electricity when you are running the air conditioner and recharging the house battery.

I agree with everyone else. But to answer your question, my Emerald 1 uses about .6 gal/hr on about 1/2 load (AC, TV, CD player). Everything else, we use propane.
