The spots along Harshaw Canyon are free. Drive out there to be sure of turnaround. A lot of folks are scared off by the Border Patrol signs but the locals are not. BP does travel the roads quite often. There are a number of excellent sites and one is large enough for three or four rigs. Had two types of hummers come by quite often (the usual Anna's and Costa's), Jays, etc. Throughly enjoyed it. Surprisingly, there is cell phone connectivity since there is a tower on the big peak to the SE.
