Quartzsite boondocking

With the government shut down......has anyone heard if the LTV BLM land is open for camping?
I think we can camp in the two parking areas even with out the government opening.
Thanks

The Department of Interior website U.S. Department of the Interior says:

Due to the lapse in appropriated funds, all public lands managed by the Interior Department (National Parks, National Wildlife Refuges, Bureau of Land Management facilities, etc.) will be closed. For more information, FAQs, and updates, please visit Contingency Plans for Operations in the Absence of Appropriations.
