Will all members (and anybody who wants to BECOME a member ) of WCMC who are planning to attend the FMCA Convention in August at Lowe's Motor Speedway PLEASE post a reply in THIS thread. We want to gauge potential attendance so we may plan a "get together" SOCIAL of some sort during the event. I hope to see YOU there! ED

A WCMC mixer was held here today and a good number of people attended and took applications. The club put out wine and cheese and soda. A lot of fun was had by all here at the Lowes Motor Speedway.
In the discussions today they were developing ideas for an east Coast rally in the Bethpage, VA area.

YES, we had a very good time visiting with club members and member wannabees ! The 1 &1/2 hour event was well attended and we gave out about a dozen applications for membership. The FMCA "chapter fair" was not nearly as well attended.
Maybe we should have had wine & cheese there , too ED
