Annual dues of $15.00 become due on January 1st and become past due on January 31st. Members who don't pay up by 3-31 are dropped.

Ed;

I joined via Workhorse's website this morning. We plan on attending the Fall MB rally.

Had a problem when I went straight to the enrollment form. Since I'm registered on Workhorse's website it would not let me join WCMC club using my Workhorse password or user name as they were already used. I had to login to Workhorse first, then go to the WCMC enrollment form.

The site will not let me log in nor will it let me pay because it says "A user already exists for the email address specified. Please login using the registered account of that email address."

LEE: The website seems to be working correctly, at least as far as I can go without actually renewing my membership AGAIN.

You didn't explain "where" you were when you got that error message, but here is my attempt to explain the steps needed to join the club OR renew an existing membership:

Regardless of where you start from (workhorse or club website) the links take you to the "APPLY OR RENEW MEMBERSHIP ONLINE" page (the URL ends in =266). Once there you must do ALL of the following: 1. enter your FMCA number, 2. enter a copilot name, 3. choose either new membership or renew membership, AND 4. choose how you want to receive the newsletter. Then click the "add to cart" button and wait.

You will be redirected to another page called "CART" (url ends in =277). There you will see "please review your order details" which is a listing of your choices from the previous page and the total $$ to be charged. IF the info is correct, click the "FINAL CHECKOUT" button.

You will be redirected to another page asking for your name and address info. HOWEVER, if you already have an account with workhorse, DO NOT fill in all those boxes. INSTEAD, simply click the "LOG IN" button, located above the first name block. I suspect this is why you got the error message. I'm guessing you were trying to give them your complete info and email address, which the system can't accept because your email is ALREADY in their database. Clicking the "LOG IN" button will take you to a page with only two (2) boxes for you to fill in. Once done, then click the "Login" button on that page. You will be taken to another page where all your contact info is already filled in. Assuming all the data is still correct, just click on "continue &gt;&gt;"

Now you should be at a page (url ending with =4) called "PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ADDRESS DATA AND THE PRODUCT TOTALS WITH REVELENT CHARGES". If all info there is correct, just click "CONTINUE&gt;&gt;" and you will be taken to a page where you will provide your credit card info and then click "SEND" to complete the process.
