The details of the Bakersfield Western Roundup are almost complete and will soon be mailed to all WCMC members.

Please check back here often for additional info or visit the club website.

Thanks, Sal. I'm getting stronger each day. The Invitation letter and rally registration form for the Bakersfield Western Roundup is almost ready for mailing to all WCMC members, and will probably go out next week. ED

Hey Ed, we missed your presence at the MB Rally also. Like others have stated, DriVer and his bride did an excellant job hosting. Just remember to keep your BP down when reading the brake issue section.

For members that are not able to go to the west coast ! We are looking to go to the FMCA in Perry Ga, and wanted to see if a group of members were going to be going in March 09 ? Maybe we can have a little Workhorse Club get together there ?

NICK: Thanks for bringing this up. Plans are not complete, however Workhorse and WCMC members have been hosting a social with snacks and beverages at each of the Conventions for several years. It will be publicized after the details are known, and all Workhorse Owners are invited to attend. It is a great opportunity for us to promote club membership to non-members, and a chance to meet other club members also.

I hope we can count on you to help out with the set-up and look forward to your participation. We should start a new topic to continue this discussion and promotion of the social at Perry. Thanks, ED

Hello folks, just joined WHMC and was plan to attend the rally in Bakersfield.

Hey ED, I know we met at the iRv2 rally in Branson but didn't get to spend any time together.

Is there a target date in March that you could give us? Or which week you're shooting for? I'll be in Mexico in Feb and just need to know so I can book my Feb/Mar reservations. I'm fulltiming and trying to firm up some plans just prior and after the rally.

Thanks for the great job you guys do!

Bill

Hi Bill: YES, the dates for the Bakersfield Western Roundup are March 9-12, 2009 at the Bakersfield RV Resort. The price for 2 people in a coach, including 4 nights site rental, is $275.00.

All the details and a registration form have been mailed to all WCMC members.

just a reminder.....The registration deadline for this rally is 2-15-09, and is fast approaching.

I was told today that we now have over 60 coaches registered, so PLEASE send yours in right away if you can join us. It is sure to be another good time out west. ED
