I wonder if a winter rally in Florida or Arizona/NM would attract WCC owners? I know the only reason we have not yet attended a WCMC rally is that we always have commitments somewhere else during the busy summer travel season. RVers are more concentrated in the South during the winter and might (?) make an effort to attend. A WCMC pre-rally for the FMCA Southeast Area Rally would be one easy opportunity - get the WCC owners together on their way to Brooksville. And I believe the WCC team already attends the SEA Rally, so it would not involve too much extra expense to support the owners. I think the Freightliner Club chapter does this.

Anyway, just food for thought...

I worked the Brooksville Rally last year and I look forward to doing it again in 07. Getting the WCMC as a group for Brooksville sounds great!

Just got home from a "short" run to NW Missouri following Sieverville, which was great! THANKS for your suggestions, which I'll pass on to the VP-EAST for RALLIES. It is his call, as he has to put on the event.

I know the West VP for rallies is actively seeking a venue to hold one "out there" in February or March 07. The idea of having it at Indio is apparently dead-only because the place is booked solid!

BILL: the west VP for rallies, Dan Moynahan, is working on a spot just a "little" west of there for around the 21st of March.

I'll be posting all the specifics as soon as they are known. Also, please watch for the latest NEWSLETTER, appearing "soon", at the club website : www.wcmc.workhorse.com

Thanks for your suggestion! ED
