Saw a ABC reporter talking to an infantryman on TV tonight. The soldier, a member of the Stryker brigade, said they hadn't seen any news from home in a year. It's great to see they haven't lost their humorous side.

We were discussing this at dinner the other night. dh said that Kerry is remembering during the draft how those who did not make it in college were drafted. Then, ds15 piped in, "hey, wasn't Kerry in vietnam....What does that say about him?!" Good point huh!?
