We are going to Washington,D.C. to take two of our grandchildren sightseeing. We are planning on staying at the RV park at Fort Meade,Md. Anyone have any experience with that one? It seems a little more expensive than most military RV parks.

Just wanted to pass on to anyone who is interested that I just spent six days at Camp Meade RV Park and it was a great experience! The spaces were large with concrete pads, some were shaded by large trees. The office staff was very accomodating to me and we enjoyed the stay very much. We used it as our base too sightsee in D.C. We drove to the metro station in Greenbelt which is about a 25 minute drive. We were very pleased with the way it worked out.
