I was wondering if i can use those military campgrounds if i am from the Canadian Army.

I too served my country (Canada) and have been made welcome at military campgrounds several times. We have served along side each other so many times that we are as one. There will always be a bond between the United States and Canadian sevices. God bless them both for their service to our countries.
