I never paid any attention to the tag on the "Military/Veteran RV'ing" Forum until today: "A forum for military service men and women to discuss rv related issues." Appears I've been posting unauthorized threads? Sorry about that.

'Whaler' I agree with you 100%!!! While I appreciate that the iRV2.com forum is for RV'ers to discuss RV related issues, IMO any information we can post/pass on to the military family should be allowed. I've noticed that a majority of the posts under "Military/Veteran RV Forum" are not RV related.

Agree with the above, especially since many retirees are RV'ers. What troubles me, though, is that a lot of the info is also presented with unnecessary, and sometimes offensive, political comments.

and one of those unnecessary, dis-respectful, offensive political comments was the first post made by an individual with only 3 posts total......glass houses......

ChiefJohn: I believe a discussion relating to any of those areas would apply.
1.Military
2.Veteran
3. RV's

Thanks..for all your input and certainly for your service...

I'm at a loss many times of where to post some non-rv-related military information. I presently have one on a new broadcast of an Apache helicopter firing on Taliban in Afganistan. I feel it is newsworthy information on our military fighting men, and the trials and tribulations they have to go through. I'm careful not to post it on this open forum. I don't really care if I tick people off, I just don't want to get edited, or worse, censured.

Feel free to post all military/veteran related material in this forum as long as it conforms to our rules.
