Great,they should never have been charged.Good thing we didnt have this kind of nonsense in wwll. How do they expect you to win a war? Will this prevent others from wanting to join services with this crap.After being attacked on 911 ,they think you should handle terroists with kid gloves?God bless our troops.

Agree with all of the above. When the seals refused article 15's, the issue should have been dropped. The local Navy commmanders, as usual, handled things in the wrong way and got hoisted on their own petard. Things never change, USS Iowa, Tailhook, On and on. Moderator: one of the accused is planning to buy an RV, so topic is germane.
