Normally I would post this in the humor section, but , I think you may agree that it might now fit in there.
By the time a Naval man pulled into a small town every hotel room was taken."You got to have a room somewhere or just a bunk I do'nt care where" he told the manager.
"Well' I do have a double room with one occupant a Marine guy, admitted the manager, and he would be glad to split the cost. But to tell you the truth he snores so loudly the folks in the adjoining rooms have complained.I'm not sure it would be worth it to you."
"No promblem, The sailor assured him, he take the room. The next morning the Salor came down for breakfast bright eyed and bushy tailed.
"How was your sleep"asked the manger? "Never better"replied the salor .No problem with ther other guy snoring?
Nope.."I shut him up in no time said the sailor ,
How did you manage that?
"He was already snoring away, when I bunked out in the room "the Swabbie explained, I went over to his bed gave him a kiss on the cheek, and said Goodnight beautiful"The guy never went back to sleep all night he just sat up waching me"

No Bob, that Marine knows what sailors are capable of. Just think, he already kiss him good night. They can't be trusted with things like that. (Sailors that is.)

Yeah, yeah, yeah - yada, yada, yada.
Stand by for a 5 yard load of pea gravel on your driveway and let your lady know you'll be getting subscription magazines in plain brown paper wrappers.
Bwahahahaha!

Mick: your spelling ability (or lack of) makes me wonder if you've been getting a full nights sleep.

I think Bob was replying to me, but I deleted my post for reasons I prefer not to discuss here. But his reply is still funny.
Navy personnel cannot handle anything larger than pea gravel. (Is Pea spelled correctly here or should the "a" be replaced?)

Yes Wayne, it was directed at the post you deleted.
And the reason I ordered pea (spelled correctly) gravel for you was because the rocks are in your head.

I suppose then the USMC is disallowing the term " Blanket party"?
